Good to Know

A little about my work and approach

"What leads me along the way is my desire to move forward and heal myself. I realized during the first treatment I went through in 1999 that I don't know who I am and why I choose what I choose. Why I behave the way I behave. The desire to find out and crack this continues to lead me. Every person who comes to me is a reflection of me. After I finish the treatment, I do work with myself and discover something new each time. My inspiration is my great desire to heal myself."

What do you like most about your profession?

"I love seeing the change that happens during breathing. People enter in a certain state and leave in a different state. The person who comes to me is a different person than the one who leaves me. There is an understanding, everything clicks and something calms down and is released."

What problems do people come to you with?

"The process can also help with anxiety, depression, physical illness, relationship problems. I've had patients come for one treatment and some came for more. It also depends on how ready the person is for healing or change. In every injury and illness, there is always a mental component, something that is not treated and accumulates in the body. The motto I follow is that no therapist can truly heal, the only one that can heal is the body. Our body knows how to heal itself, and what prevents our healing are emotions like fear, anger, and various beliefs that we have that don't really serve us. Hospitals have also started to integrate energy therapies and complementary medicine treatments. I connect the person to their inner self through breathing with traumas, with feelings that they refuse to touch. It's all about relaxation and acceptance. When it all clicks, the healing begins."
