About Me
My journey began about twenty-five years ago,
When I realized that I didn't know myself at all.
I knew what I did.
I knew what other people expected of me.
But I didn't know why I thought the way I thought.
Why I felt what I felt.
Or why I made the choices I made.
Then a small heel spur appeared in my right foot.
For five years, I lived with constant pain.
Eventually, I realized I needed help.
I met a clinical psychologist who worked with Circular Breathing.
During our first session, he asked me one simple question:
"Why did you get the heel spur?"
The answer came immediately.
At the time, I was working in our family business as a machine technician.
Every day I drove across the country, repairing computers and industrial paint machines.
I was exhausted.
I wanted an office job instead.
I was told they were looking for someone to replace me.
But it was taking time.
Then the heel spur appeared.
I could no longer drive long distances,
So I was moved into the office.
He smiled and said,
"Your body helped you put the car keys on the table."
He taught me how to breathe.
He asked me to apologize to my body.
To thank it.
To picture the heel spur, thank it for helping me, and let it go.
I breathed.
I said thank you.
I cried like a little girl.
After about fifteen minutes, the image disappeared.
And so did the pain.
I panicked.
I looked at him and said,
"Something is wrong... I can't feel the pain anymore."
He smiled and replied,
"Everything is fine. Keep breathing."
I stood up.
The pain was gone.
A wave of chills ran through my body.
Then everything went dark for a few seconds.
When I came back, I said one sentence that changed the direction of my life:
"This is what I'm meant to do."
Within a week, I resigned from my job.
I began studying.
That was in 1999.
Since then, my life has been an ongoing exploration of consciousness, dreams, emotions, healing, and the relationship between the body, the mind, and the deeper patterns that shape our lives.
Alongside my work with people, I developed a daily practice of documenting my own inner world.
For many years, I have kept journals filled with dreams, personal experiences, meditations, questions, observations, and insights.
I never wrote them with the intention of publishing them.
I wrote because writing helped me observe.
It helped me recognize patterns.
It helped me understand myself.
Over time, those journals grew into many articles exploring consciousness, dreams, emotions, healing, relationships, and the way our inner world shapes the reality we experience.
My work with others and my personal exploration have always developed side by side.
Each continues to deepen the other.
I know I don't have all the answers.
But I have learned that every honest question opens a new door.
And that curiosity,
More than certainty,
Has been my greatest teacher.

My history
Timeline
I worked in many fields, I was a detective in the police, I studied business administration in the US, and after the Gulf War I returned to work at Tambor.
Due to pain in her foot, Iris Confino came to Omri Citron, a circular breathing therapist, who, in their first treatment, was able to cure her of the spur problem she was suffering from. This visit "shaken her up," so to speak, and made her realize that she had just been exposed to something much bigger than she thought.
At the age of 39, I quit my job and decided that this was the field in which I wanted to invest the rest of my life.
