I caught a wave

Imagine walking along the seashore, enjoying the sand, the water, the light breeze and the pleasant sun on your body, the waves breaking on the shoreline and receding. You stand for a moment and observe the cycle unfolding before you. You continue walking, enjoying the living nature around you.

Now, look back and see your footprints in the sand.

Are the tracks you leave behind clear and deep, or shallow and light?

Watch the movement of the waves. At times they surge forward, and at times they recede.

Now, let us compare the seashore, the waves, and the sand to life itself.

Are the footprints you leave in the sand of life clear and deep? Do you leave your mark through blessed and fruitful actions for your own benefit and for the benefit of the community around you?

Are you in constant motion? Sometimes up and sometimes down? Charging forward and then pulling back?

Most of us stay close to the shoreline, moving forward and receding without any grand or special drama. Going through life in an automatic survival mode. Immersed in a job we don't particularly love, in an unsupportive environment, coming home exhausted to the kids, homework, grocery shopping, and then doing it all over again. By all accounts—shallow and light footprints. Dreams are plenty, but fulfillment... remains doubtful.

Sometimes I am up and sometimes I am down, but I am always in motion. Even when it seems like I am standing still, life moves me. Sometimes I charge forward, and sometimes I recede. Just like the waves.

I can admit that I envy those who surf the deep waters on high waves.

Today, while we are in the midst of a public and personal emotional turmoil, I found myself, for the very first time, catching a wave in the deep sea. Standing on the surfboard with slightly shaking legs, but standing nonetheless!!! And I caught a wave just in time.

Will I manage to stay on the board and ride the wave all the way to the shoreline?

Will I manage to break through with the wave while standing tall? Or will I fall and wipe out?

The answer to that depends solely on me!!!

The universe has aligned and prepared the absolute best conditions for my success. Now it is in my hands and depends on my cooperation with the energy. How committed am I to my own success?

The wave in this metaphor represents life and the opportunities that come my way.

The surfboard—active treatment inside a hyperbaric chamber.

I introduce people to the method of Rebirthing (Circular Breathing) and help them find the key to inner self-healing. The combination of the breathing technique with guided imagery and awareness exercises is incredibly powerful, allowing anyone to learn and apply better, healthier coping mechanisms for the issues they carry.

I facilitate this introduction inside a mild hyperbaric chamber designed for two people. Staying inside the chamber helps the body relax, and the oxygen reaching the brain helps integrate the therapeutic insights. The results are amazing.
